This year’s menu specials: Crispy fried Hatch strips with ancho mayo ($8), a Hatch Combo (pick any two $14 or three $16): choice of Hatch rellenos – jack cheese with a blue corn crust, creamy pulled chicken, and garlic-basil shrimp – and a Hatch steak taco with queso. For dessert: a Hatch brownie with cajeta, served with vanilla ice cream and fresh berries ($8). The featured cocktail is the Hatch Paloma with Puro Verde silver tequila, bourbon whiskey, Hatch, grapefruit juice & soda, lime, and agave ($12).
Hatch Combos are also available for takeout in Family Packs that serve 2-3 ($30) or full packs that serve 4-6 ($55). Annual Hatch Dinner Buffet – Thursday, August 19th – featuring chicken, cheese, and shrimp rellenos, a Street Taco Bar, chicken piccata with a Hatch lime butter, veracruda fish stew, a carving station with BBQ Hatch glazed pork tenderloins, brisket and red chile salmon, assorted salads, and desserts. $24 and only $5 for the Hatch Paloma with dinner.
