As the COVID-19 situation continues to change, the health, safety, and well-being of our customers has remained our top priority.
On March 2, Governor Greg Abbott issued an Executive Order (GA-34) rescinding the statewide face mask order and reopening restricted businesses effective Wednesday, March 10. Under this order, businesses may still implement additional safety protocols at their own discretion.
Granite Properties continues to follow the CDC recommendations in order to help slow the spread of COVID-19. The CDC currently recommends that people wear masks in public settings and when around people who don’t live in your household, especially when other social distancing measures are difficult to maintain.
In order to alleviate customer concerns and do our part in diminishing the spread of COVID-19, we continue to strongly encourage all customers and guests onsite to please wear a mask or face covering over the mouth and nose when in common areas throughout the building, including restrooms, or in an outdoor common area when it is not feasible to maintain six feet of distance from others.
All Granite employees, vendors, and contractors will continue to wear a mask inside the buildings and in outdoor common areas when social distancing is not possible.
As a reminder, we ask each customer to review the resources that have been provided online through the Customer Portal and also posted at https://graniteprop.com/returning-to-granite/. We can all work together to minimize the spread of the virus by following these safety tips:
