The mega brunch at Blue Mesa offers a huge variety of options at many made-to-order stations including breakfast classics like Biscuits & Sausage Gravy, Migas, Belgium Waffles with Berries & Whip Cream, Chicken & Waffles and Omelets; a carving station with Brisket, Red Chile Salmon and a variety of Street Tacos; and signature favorites like Adobe Pie®, Cheese Enchiladas, Sweet Corn Cake, SW Mac ‘n Cheese, Salads, Chimayo Corn and much more. Topped off with a variety of Sweets. The $28 price also includes Champagne, Mimosas, OJ, coffee and tea.
