Summer Bod Saturdays – Fit4Mom

Calling on all moms and to-be moms! This Summer Bod Saturday class is for you!
Fit4Mom is coming to The Boardwalk! In a one-hour class, Fit4Mom will teach endurance, strength training, and more for all stages of motherhood. This class is for any mom currently pregnant, post-partum, or beyond. You can bring the kids or have a day without them! After you workout, hop on over to any of the restaurants at The Boardwalk for a delicious brunch!
